Alejandra made dinner a big part of a really good experience. She was welcoming and attentive, with great energy throughout, and the drinks were on point. Service was smooth, and she made everything enjoyable without trying too hard. The place is amazing and so comfortable, I felt at home. I'll definitely be back.

The ballroom was elegant and spacious, just right for my sister's quinceañera, and the food was delicious with generous portions. Our guests were very satisfied. Staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help, and the event service was efficient and well organized. They helped make the occasion unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for a quinceañera or any important event.

The parking lot was full when we arrived at your hotel last night, but Ancil, the security guard on duty, was courteous right away and offered to move his own car so we could park. His kindness and professionalism made us feel welcome and at home. He went above and beyond his duties and left a real positive impression. Thank you for employing such dedicated staff.

Erin was wonderful to work with while we arranged our wedding block at the Viana. We began with 20 rooms and raised it to 30 once the block filled. Erin kept us updated on who had booked and how many rooms remained, so we knew when to expand it. The kitchenette suite gave my family and bridesmaids plenty of room to get ready and enjoy breakfast. When we arrived, there were two tall chairs for hair and makeup and a tall dress hanger ready in the room. The Viana is gorgeous and offered our guests a good price, breakfast, spa packages, plus a bar and game room to enjoy after the wedding events. Guests often carried on the celebration at the bar after the wedding or welcome party. They also left champagne and flower petals in our room after the wedding. We highly recommend the Viana. One thing to keep in mind: the bridal or groom suite is a good price for the wedding night, but costs more if you need it for additional nights. Work with the Viana and they'll make what you need happen.
