Danny came to fix our washing machine and did a great job. He quickly figured out the problem and repaired it efficiently. He was professional, polite, respectful, and easy to talk to. Everything works perfectly now. Thanks, Danny. I'd happily recommend him.

The elevators malfunction and leave people waiting in long lines. There are major floods every year that mean floors and walls get ripped out, and the AC system is on its last leg, with outages happening often. This place feels barely operational, and Equity should be ashamed. We moved out after our apartment flooded twice in two years. They even charged us to repaint it. Stay away and save yourself the money and stress of living in an unsafe building.

In four months, we've had a leak that left pipes and wires exposed after part of the ceiling was removed, with no repair for two days. There's also a smell in the apartment I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. During a 'smoke' issue, sprinklers flooded the whole staircase near us, so there were fans and dehumidifiers in the hallway, and we had to walk up and down 28 floors. The amenities flooded too, and the gym had to be redone. We've basically been living on a construction site. If you have allergies or small children, it's a nightmare. The AC was down for multiple days, and the apartment got above 80 degrees. On another occasion, a very small power outage led to the AC heavily flooding apartments. Industrial fans and dehumidifiers filled ours, the floor was ripped up, and staff called it 'habitable.' We had to explain that toddlers and dogs can't be around industrial equipment and floors ripped up with nails unhinged. The water spread through the bedroom, so all that flooring had to be replaced, then it spread to the living room and that floor had to be replaced too. Construction was happening while we were home working. Through all of this, their brother condo hosted a party with music blasting and keeping everyone up. The concierge did nothing until we called the cops, who shut it down. We constantly had to coordinate repairs, point out problems, and check whether the work was done properly. It wasn't always done right. There was no concession despite all this and the higher electricity bills. Read the negative reviews and take them seriously. We didn't. I've lived in apartments my whole life and never seen such negligence or had living conditions this bad, especially at this price point. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DON'T MOVE IN.
