It's been over 70 days since I moved out, and I still haven't received the remainder of my security deposit. More than $535 was taken out, including charges I question. They billed me over $200 to reglaze a yellowed tub, but nobody mentioned that during the final walkthrough. They also charged $265 to repair the vanity base's water-damaged side panel. Water naturally drips onto that spot when using the sink, and I think the material was cheap. I didn't misuse it at all. I've emailed several times to dispute these deductions, but the management office has ignored me for over a month. I'm preparing to file a small claims case in New Jersey. The grounds at Atlantic are lovely, right by the river. It's neat and safe, and every staff member is so kind. I'm happy here. The only downside is the strong wind.

This is an old building priced like a luxury one, with an old heating and water system. Most importantly, watch out for your security.
