Pelican Residences at Cast Iron Lofts

Making desserts with Samantha for Cast Iron Lofts Social Residence events was a really nice experience. She’s easy to work with, helpful, and knows what she’s doing. Her positive energy made the projects feel seamless, and she’s a genuinely sweet person. I enjoyed getting to know her and would happily work with her again. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled collaborator.

Corey was quick to respond and came right over to sort out several complicated problems. He got them resolved fast, and this wasn’t the first time he’s helped me. Each visit he’s been professional and explained what was going on, which I really appreciate. He was also kind to my puppy and worked around him. Thanks to Corey and the team for the care they provide.

Samantha kept my leasing and move-in process organized from our first conversation through signing and picking up the keys. She answered my questions clearly, showed me the apartment in detail, and made sure I understood each step. She was also prompt and thorough when following up about billing, lease details, and maintenance. I appreciated how attentive and focused on the customer she was. Highly recommend her if you’re considering Cast Iron Lofts.

Since moving here in October, I’ve been really happy with my choice. Corey and the maintenance team at Cast Iron consistently give residents thoughtful care. I feel confident they’ll look after you.
