I found the property on Zillow and set up my first tour with Tiffany Roman. I loved what she showed me, applied to just that one place, and got it. I lucked out having Tiffany as my contact: she was engaging, guided me around, and helped from the application through move-in. I had to go a little over budget, but it was totally worth it. Big shoutout to all the concierges!

Cami made the leasing process at 30 Regent incredibly easy. She kept me updated, went out of her way to show me the apartment, and answered every question very quickly. If you're considering Jersey City, or just moving a few streets over like I am, I'd take a look at the building and talk to Cami. She was phenomenal to work with, 11/10.

Cami was a huge help while we looked for an apartment at Liberty Harbor. She paid close attention throughout the process, knew the leasing details, and did a great job showing us around the property.

The apartment has plenty of space, and I really enjoy the amenities. I’ve been living here for 3.5 years and still love it. The location is great, close to the light rail and Path. The front desk staff, especially Carmen, are always kind and helpful, and maintenance takes care of repairs right away.

I’ve only been here a month, but already feel at home. Everyone at the front desk has been so welcoming, and Cami made gathering all the paperwork easy. Moving in and getting settled was a smooth process. Looking forward to the pool opening this summer.
