Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston NW/Beltway 8 West Road by IHG

The staff made us feel like family as soon as we walked in. The rooms were clean, and everyone greeted us warmly. Crystal, Erica, Jamal, and Richelle deserve a shoutout. The front desk was great, nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was the standout for me, easily an 8.8. There were cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and quiche-style eggs, sausage links and patties, juice from orange and apple concentrate, cereal with milk, and free coffee all day. No yogurt, but still a phenomenal spread. We were on the third floor; the atmosphere was great and the room was okay.

Mrs. Blanca kept the breakfast area spotless and the buffet stocked with a good variety, even with two college baseball teams staying there. She was focused and efficient, constantly cleaning tables and keeping things in order. The front desk, kitchen, and housekeeping staff were all friendly and hardworking. Our room was clean, and the overnight price was affordable. The carpets in the rooms and facilities could use refreshing or steaming, though that seemed like a corporate support issue rather than a reflection of the hotel's staff.

Our rooms were clean and tidy, and the front desk women were so helpful and nice. Blanca in the breakfast area went out of her way to make our stay even better. Thank you!
