Quality Suites Houston NW Cy-Fair

The questions from the front desk made me feel judged and uncomfortable. I was there for help with my stay, but the woman working asked personal things that had nothing to do with it, and her tone was rude from the start. Hospitality should begin with basic courtesy, and that was missing here. Management should address this, because an interaction like that can sour someone's view of the whole place. Respect and professionalism shouldn't be optional.

There are food options nearby, which was useful since breakfast was basically cereal or a waffle, with fruit or little convenience-store donuts as the other choices. The coffee was hot, but not very good, and I spotted better options across the street. My room was clean, though a bit worn. The property was surprisingly quiet for being so close to a busy highway, and the traffic didn't bother me. I didn't need to deal with the staff, so I can't comment on service. You get what you pay for, and this place could be better or worse.

Dining and shopping are close, and the atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable, with the basics I needed. The staff were friendly and check-in went smoothly. Breakfast and Wi-Fi were included, so it was an easy stay.

The location was decent, but I wouldn't call the stay family friendly. We were given only two towels for five people and questioned when we asked for more. Staff wouldn't provide fresh ones until we returned the dirty towels. They also wanted a $50 damage deposit in cash, but couldn't explain what counted as damage beyond smoking or pets. The staff were unpleasant, the pool was small, and breakfast was just cereal and waffles, below average. Overall, not a good experience.
