The frosted glass bathroom door is a questionable design choice, especially when someone’s asleep and the bathroom light turns the room bright. Traveling with family could mean some unplanned lighting effects. The beds also weren’t comfortable. Either my back is aging or the mattress is, and my teen agreed, so I’m betting on the mattress. Highway noise and sirens kept up their own night shift. If you can, ask for a room at the back and maybe pack a PM sleep aid to get through the city soundtrack. The rooms were tidy and the beds clean, though the décor is showing some age. Staff were genuine and welcoming, and the reception and small dining area were clean and functional, nothing fancy. Breakfast was the standard spread of scrambled eggs, mystery meat patties, cereal, and the occasional waffle warrior. Not memorable, but it’ll fill the tank. I might stay again, with a better room location and more thought for my back.

I’m here every couple of weeks and always have a great stay. The staff are all extremely polite and professional, but still casual, which is great. The rooms are consistently clean and fresh, with good water pressure. My only small gripe is that I wish they’d put trash bags in the trash and recycling bins.

The room was decent for what it cost, but getting help was a real problem. At around 5 pm I waited 15 minutes for anyone to come to the desk so I could buy something from the store. There was black mold in my shower, and when I asked to switch rooms, they said they had none available.

I enjoyed the stay, but booking online turned into a mess. I canceled just a few hours later and they kept one night's $200 charge, refunding me for only two nights. I then booked three nights directly with the hotel, but the money from the online reservation still wasn't returned. If I'd known, I would've just left the original booking alone.
