Holiday Inn Express Jesup by IHG

The housekeepers brought us everything we needed, and the rooms were lovely. The pool was great for relaxing by, and it’s a very kid-friendly place. Hannah and Christy at the front desk were amazing, with great customer service. Management has done well with these ladies. I absolutely loved this hotel.

Carlee made me feel welcome and comfortable from check-in, and she was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. She kept a positive attitude and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to feel this valued as a guest. Her customer service is a big reason I’d stay again, and the hotel is lucky to have her.

There’s a loud train that comes through sometimes, so mention it at the front desk if trains bother you. My arrival and check-in were textbook perfect, thanks to Christy Milwood, who helped me get settled in my room. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was cozy and so good it felt like a 5-star brunch spot. I even looked around for a waitress to bring the bill because I couldn’t believe it was included. I’d definitely recommend it for a business trip or a rest while traveling.

We were struggling to find a room in the Jesup area for my family, and Christy went above and beyond to get us settled. She understood our frustration, and we were able to get two rooms that worked for all of us. We really appreciated the hospitality.
