Executive Inn & Suites Joaquin

The place looks good from outside, but the quality inside was poor. The shower barely had pressure, the beds seemed to be made without changing the bedding, there were only two towels, no breakfast, and the toilet leaked around the floor. I was also told by the manager to stop running in the parking lot because it might bother incoming guests. I was wearing workout clothes with headphones, keeping to the far side away from the rooms, and wasn't bothering anyone. I've run at dozens of hotels and never had an issue. I work 12 to 14 hours a day outdoors, then still make time for a 3 mile run, so being told to stop really bothered me. I'd rather sleep in a cardboard box than stay here again or support this business. I've had to sign into my other account to leave a second review. Anyone rating this above one star clearly hasn't stayed at a decent hotel. I could say more, but it'd be a waste of time.

Nick explained that the water pressure problem came from the city, after I'd mistakenly thought the owners had lowered it to save water. He even offered to refund me, which he didn't have to do, and I can't imagine another hotel doing that. The place was immaculate and very well kept, with comfortable beds and pillows, and it was quiet outside so I slept great. I usually avoid executive inn and suites because they're often run down and dirty, but I'll definitely stay at this one again.

The room was clean enough, and it's a cheap hotel, but it still wasn't worth the price. The showers had so little pressure there was barely enough to flush the toilet. Mediocre at best.

They gave us a dirty room that hadn't been cleaned, which was disappointing. The breakfast area is big and beautiful, but there wasn't any breakfast. The place is nice, but we won't stay here again.
