The rooms were cozy, fresh, and really plush, and that shower got wonderfully hot. Breakfast was amazing too. What stood out most was the staff, everyone was so friendly and happy to help from the moment we arrived. I also loved the glass elevator looking down over the lobby. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

A good stop if you want easy freeway access, with plenty of nearby places to eat and a few within walking distance. The hotel was clean, including our room, though the outside and common areas looked a bit worn and are being renovated. There wasn’t a buffet breakfast during our stay because there weren’t enough guests, which we hadn’t been told about beforehand.

The event space looked absolutely stunning for my baby brother’s wedding reception yesterday, and everything came together perfectly. The event staff were incredibly kind and talented. Cis and another woman whose name I can’t remember were especially lovely. They’d even stayed until 2 am the night before to get things ready. I’d recommend this place a thousand times over for a special event.

The hotel takes really good care of its guests, and the customer service is warm and friendly. If you visit the Burger Bar, say hi to Roni. She’s outgoing and always greets you with a smile.

There’s a stale, smoky sort of smell, and the property is in the middle of a renovation that it badly needs. I usually choose Hilton without much thought because the properties are reliably decent, but this is the second time this year I’ve been disappointed.
