The room itself works fine, but Marriott Rewards didn't deliver what I was promised. I was told I had too many nights to qualify for the free upgrade I'd earned. When I asked the next morning for my complimentary water, I got two different explanations. First they said we only get one at check-in, which hasn't been the limit at other Courtyard hotels. I said I hadn't received one, then they said they were out, despite a fridge full of inexpensive Aquafina bottles. Other Marriott properties have given me those before.

The next morning, the power in the room went out when I flipped a switch. Maybe the circuit breaker is overly sensitive. The shower started with normal water pressure, but after about 20 minutes it dwindled to a trickle. It seemed automated. Regulating water use is fair, but there should be a notice in the shower.

The room didn't have a microwave, and the pool was tiny, only going down to 4.5 feet. The water was freezing while the pool room felt unbearably hot and humid. Maybe it'd suit someone without kids, but I wouldn't recommend bringing young children. I regret booking here.

Ruth has been serving with a smile every time I've been here over the past 3 years. Alejandro started last year and is still here, which is great. He's just as friendly and outgoing. They make the place feel like family, keep things clean, and make sure everyone is looked after. The staff are amazing. I'll keep coming back to this Marriott. Thanks so much 🙏

The rooms are decent, but the rest was a no for me. They're charging $10 a day to park in the lot you already paid to stay at. How does Marriott justify that? And $5 for lousy Starbucks coffee? This feels like a money grab. Drive right by.
