The only thing I liked was having Netflix. The parking was dense, the laundry didn’t work, there was no coffee maker in the room, and I found hair in the shower. There’s no room service, either. Dogs barked the whole time, and I could hear a couple fighting from all over. The staff seemed unhappy to be there, with no hospitality at all. Maybe it’s okay if you get a really cheap rate, but I wish I hadn’t booked so many days before trying it out.

The location is on a busy street, and parking seemed limited. Inside, there’s no real closet or tissues in the room. The towels were white but didn’t look clean and could use bleach. The cleaning service seemed to do only the bare minimum. The room had a powerful shower head and strongly scented soap in wall dispensers. Coffee was decent, with flavored creamer choices. The bedding was comfortable, but the doors, walls, and windows are paper-thin. If you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room far from the elevator, because its chime every time it reaches a floor is really annoying. The clock radio wasn’t accurate, and I couldn’t figure out how to set it; we managed to fix the microwave clock ourselves. Renovations were mostly done well, but still weren’t completely finished. Check-in took a long time, with no explanation. For the price, the place is tolerable. We’d stay again if we had to, since there aren’t many other affordable choices nearby, but I hope our specific room requests would be honored next time.

I’d seen quite a few poor ratings and was concerned before our visit. We stayed for two nights, and the lobby, hallways, and room were all clean. Every staff member we met was kind, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel looks like it was recently remodeled. I’d recommend it for the cleanliness, price, and location.
