Motel 6 Joliet, Il - Chicago - I-55

The front desk crew, Sid, Percilla, Cecilla, Nidia, and Martha, are awesome. I stayed here a while and had a few things delivered, and the staff happily held them for me while I was away. They make a basic hotel feel like a resort and this really became my home away from home. I feel safe here and comfortable parking my car, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The local mall is basically across the street. If you’re staying a few days and have the mini refrigerator, ADLI, Fresh Thyme, and Dollar Tree are all less than a three-minute drive away. There are two washers and two dryers on the second floor, and the ice machine’s ice always tastes fresh. The tub and shower combo is comfortable for sitting and having a soak. I’d give this place ten stars if I could, and would recommend staying here. It’s about a forty-minute drive to Chicago when there’s no rush-hour traffic.

We stayed three nights and plan to return in the spring. Marta and Charlie, thanks for a pleasant stay. Our second-floor room had been updated, was very clean, and everything worked. The furniture and fixtures were clean and undamaged, and there were new drapes. The bed was comfortable, the bedding and towels were very clean, and the wall thermostat kept the room just right. Security was great too. The Motel 6 Joliet, IL - Chicago, in the Joliet Mall area was a very pleasant surprise.

The front desk staff, especially Pricilla and Nadia, were so nice. The staff were kind and caring, and the room service was incredible. Everything was very clean and organized. This was the best stay I’ve ever had in Joliet, and I’d definitely recommend going back.
