We stayed at this location a year ago and it was clean, with a good night’s sleep. This time was a real disappointment. There were cigarette butts in the elevator cracks, stains on the floors, and hair all over our room that wasn’t ours. The room smelled strongly of fruity cleaner, and there weren’t enough towels. The ones left looked stained and dirty. Thumbs down. We’ll stay somewhere else next year.
I booked online thinking my reservation guaranteed me a room. At check-in, they said the hotel was sold out and had given my room away. They offered a free room across town, but it didn’t have an indoor pool, which was the main reason I’d chosen this place. I was very disappointed this could happen, and I won’t stay here again.
