There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a few blocks, and the hotel is right off the Interstate. The staff were friendly, gave us an early check-in, and put us in a room that had just been cleaned. The continental breakfast was okay, and the customer service was excellent.

After driving for 22 hours, from the previous morning through the night, I was completely exhausted. I'd booked online through Priceline and wasn't looking forward to waiting until check-in time, but the woman with glasses at the front desk got me into a nice room right away. I don't know her name, but she went above and beyond and deserves recognition for her customer service. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hot shower had plenty of pressure. Everything was just right. I really appreciate how she helped me when I was so tired, and I'll never forget her or this hotel. If I pass through again, I'll definitely stay here. Thank you for such a great experience.

When we got back after being out for eight hours, the bed had been made, but the same sheets were still on it, the top blanket had just been flipped over, and the floors hadn't been swept or mopped. Our feet and socks turned black within minutes. The room and bathroom were dirty when we arrived, and the mattresses had old dried bedbug droppings on them. The free hot breakfast amounted to toast, dry cereal, and yogurt, so we had to take our little kids across the street to Denny’s and pay for breakfast. Homeless people were hanging around, and the halls smelled musty and mildewy. A side door meant to be locked for paying guests was left half open, so anyone could get in. We won't come back. I wish we could get our money back, but we'll know better next time.

It was a good deal for the price, and the rooms were clean. The location is convenient, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Getting around the building was awkward, though: first-floor guests had a steep ramp up or down, and the second and third floors had stairs.
