In February we stayed in cabin 12, and we plan to come back. It's a nice family-run place with reasonable prices, right in town, and the cabin has everything you need. A fun extra: there's a growler on top of the fridge that you can take across the street to the brewery and fill for a good deal. The outdoor photos were taken just after snowfall, and they do clear the snow.

We enjoyed our stay, cooked our own food, and wished we could have stayed longer. The cottages are updated, comfortable, and nicely appointed. They don't feel rustic, and there's just enough space for four. Cottages 3, 5, and 7 are closest to the street, though they're raised above street level. Parking is limited in the lot behind the cottages, so it's first come, first served. We got a spot the first night, then parked on the street the second night. It was tight getting our pickup through the lot.

We spent two nights here with our two small kids and loved the peaceful, family-friendly feel. It felt like a little mountain escape without having to rough it, and we'd happily return. The cottage was very clean and had comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small fireplace that made evenings feel special. The cozy, nostalgic atmosphere made it feel like we were tucked into a quiet mountain town while still being near what we needed. June Lake Marina, restaurants, and a general store are a short walk away. We explored the lakes and trails during the day, then grilled outside with the kids in the evening. A charming, comfortable spot for a quiet stay in June Lake with children.

June Lake Pines gave me the Sierra setting I was hoping for, without the cabins feeling over-modernized. I wanted to enjoy the character of June Lake Loop in a place that matched it, and that's what I found. The family who runs it clearly puts a lot of care into making guests comfortable. That community feel around the Loop is part of what makes this place stand out, and I prefer staying somewhere family-owned where the owners benefit directly from the property rather than a corporate-run place that sees guests mainly as revenue. It had been on my list to stay here for quite a while, and I finally booked a holiday weekend directly with the owners instead of through my usual service. Their website has plenty of property information, check-in was easy, and I got the promised notice when Cabin 7* was ready. It was clean and prepared when my friend and I arrived. The kitchen had pretty much everything needed for cooking and meal prep. June Lake Pines is within walking distance of various food options, shops, and a remarkable range of recreation opportunities. If you want a small-town experience, June Lake Loop is a good choice. *Each cabin is unique and may not look like any other one, including Cabin 7.

The check-in was easy, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the little details. Even the soap had a homey scent instead of a commercial one, so the place felt like a warm hug and a home away from home. They also give you cute little stickers when you arrive. It's a cozy cabin in a perfect June Lake location, walking distance to restaurants and June Lake Brewing. Happy to recommend it, and I'd definitely stay again.
