I spent four nights here in May, during the off season, and was impressed by this little classic. I've been coming to June Lake on and off for 30 years, and remember staying here in the 70s when there was wood paneling, orange carpet, and a heavy tobacco smell. Happily, all of that is gone. They've done a remarkable job updating the hotel. My one-bedroom suite could sleep four and had a small stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom was small but laid out well. There were laminate floors, a comfy sofa, good Wi-Fi, and comfortable bedding. The grounds have a nice courtyard with picnic tables, BBQs, fire pits, and Adirondack chairs. June and Gull lakes, the Tiger Bar, and June Lake Brewing are all within walking distance. There's no daily maid service, but you can get extra supplies from a self-serve area. That wasn't a deal breaker for me. It's a great place to rest, and I'll be back. Well done!

Our group had young kids, including our six-month-old, and these cabins worked out great. Kyle and Krissy did so much to keep us comfortable and were available what felt like 24/7 for little questions and requests. The onsite staff were amazing too, and we appreciated how hard they worked to dig the fire pits out after five feet of snow buried them. The cabins are in a prime spot in town, very clean and warm when needed, with comfortable beds and everything we needed, including things we'd forgotten. They exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic stay and will add this to our annual trip rotation. I almost don't want to review it because I don't want it to keep selling out and make it hard for us to book again. Highly recommend!

The location was great, the bed was comfortable, and the heater is strong. Customer service was great too. The shower only stayed hot for a few minutes, though. There’s a shared hangout area in the middle of the cabin setup. Nice if you want to be outside and socialize, but I personally didn't like hearing the neighbors and wouldn't recommend it if you want quiet.

We only stayed a short time but really enjoyed it. The rustic cabins are VERY comfortable, and our bed was amazingly comfortable too. Check-in was easy, the host made us feel welcome, and there was coffee in the room. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

I've stayed here twice now, and the location is really good. The sofa bed had a stain and needed attention underneath, but the owner came promptly and replaced everything. The mattress cover on the sofa bed was dirty, but since they fixed the issue quickly, I'd return.
