Kahana Beach Vacation Club

Ms. Nicole at the front desk of Kahana Beach Resort made our stay feel special from the minute we arrived. She was welcoming, kind, professional, and always ready to help. Her genuine aloha spirit made us feel at home, and every conversation with her was warm and positive. She went well beyond what we expected to make sure we had a great visit. On a 1-5 star scale, she deserves 10. Thank you, Ms. Nicole, for making our Maui vacation so memorable. We hope to come back someday.

We had a great 7 day stay. The clean rooms, lovely pool, and beachfront setting were all great. Tina and Louise were very helpful as concierge. And to the sweet woman at the window on Memorial Day, sorry I didn’t get your name, you were really cool. Aloha🤙

Stay away from Kahana Beach Resort. I was sold on this as a “solid investment,” but it’s turned into a money pit that I’ve never once been able to use. Sales told me there was a strong resale market, yet now the units won’t even sell for $1. Nobody told me the fees could jump or that the obligation could pass to my kids. We’ve tried for years to get this resolved, and our outreach has been ignored. They leave you stuck with debt and provide no help when you’re struggling. Avoid it.

The view and location are the big draw. The rooms are old and tired, though the shower has been renovated and the bed was super comfy. Having a little kitchen was great, and we’ll keep coming back. We saw whales when we arrived and snorkeled right off the beach. Go early, before the clouds roll in. An after-hours staff member who came to clean up a dropped wine bottle was amazing. When we returned, the linens were fresh, the bed had been remade, and the floor was clean.
