The complex is well kept and right in the middle of town, and you can't beat its location. I stayed in an Airbnb while on vacation. The permanent residents were friendly and quiet, though some of the guests weren't. A very noisy family was at the pool every day, which kept this from being five stars. Please remember that people live here too if you visit.

We had a wonderful stay in “A Little Aloha,” a rental in this complex booked through Vacasa. It felt like someone's personal home, with local artists' work on the walls and thoughtful touches throughout. The place was incredibly clean when we arrived, even a self-described germaphobe and neat freak was impressed. It was well supplied with beach towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent pods, a cooler, and a lunch bag for beach trips. We also had everything needed to cook and eat. The outside area was lovely for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The AC worked well, and with the front door's locked screen, we could leave the door open and the house stayed naturally cool. The pool was a little disappointing, but we didn't really need it with so many gorgeous beaches a 5-15 minute drive away. We'd happily return.

While visiting Kona, this is a great place to stay. You can walk to food, bars, the farmers market, swimming, the beach, resorts, and plenty more.

I lived in this complex for three and a half years. It's non-smoking, quiet, and a really nice place. The pool stays clean all the time, and there's a jacuzzi tub, pavilion, and barbecue grills.
