Any question or request I had was handled promptly and with a positive attitude, and every staff member I met was attentive, courteous and eager to help. From arrival, I felt welcomed and cared for. The manager leads a team that clearly takes pride in its work, and their service made my stay comfortable and stress-free. It’s rare to see the leadership and staff work together so seamlessly. I’d highly recommend this hotel for its service and look forward to returning.

Amy, the manager, was especially helpful and went above and beyond. She was kind, professional and genuinely caring, and it’s clear she wants guests to feel comfortable and looked after. My room at the Red Roof Inn West Kalamazoo was clean and comfortable, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. I had a really nice stay and would consider coming back. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for friendly service.

They make you feel like family whether you’re there for one night or 30. The people are genuine and great, and they’re very accommodating. Rooms are clean and nice, the coffee is great, and there were no bugs, mold or bad smells. Highly recommend.

The night receptionist was so kind and helpful. When I asked for a late-night food recommendation, she even printed a menu for me. The shower was hot, and I slept fairly well, considering I don’t always rest well away from home. There were no bad smells or general dirtiness. Not too shabby 😉 I’d stay again, especially if the price were lower, though I guess it’s probably normal.

I’ve been back for a second and third visit, and the rooms are still clean. You can smell the cleanliness each time. The staff are awesome, understanding and caring, better than at some other locations, and they deal with any issues right away. I feel completely safe here.
