The rooms were spotless and the bed was comfortable, and the TV was fine. The bathroom could use attention: the toilet eventually flushed, but I wasn't confident it had done the job, so we left the yellow mellow and gave it a big flush in the morning. Breakfast was pretty standard for something free, but enough to get the day started. The place could use a few renovations. It's a great base for out-of-towners going to a football or baseball game at Arrowhead or Kauffman.

Ram at the front desk was attentive and pleasant, and you could tell he cared about guests. That personal touch is why I'm writing this. There's hot Folgers coffee available, and breakfast included eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fruit, waffles, cereal, and more. The hotel also has a pool, laundry, and a workout room. My only gripe was the TV channel lineup. I wish they had movie channels like HBO, since I can't stand commercials. The room was very clean, looked nice, and smelled good.

The location worked perfectly for a Chiefs game, just a short and easy walk to GEHA Stadium. Breakfast was complimentary, delicious, and a great start to the morning. Our spotless room had super comfortable beds, so we could relax after a long day. The Lotus Hotel had great amenities and was a wonderful place to stay. We'll be back next season.

The front desk folks were polite and helpful, and when we called about a personal item we'd left behind, staff retrieved it for us. Our one-night stay was cozy and the rooms were clean, though they might feel small if you stayed longer. A few carpets need replacing, and some walls and ceilings could use minor repairs. The price was good, especially since we were there outside baseball and football season. I'd be glad to stay again.

Breakfast was really good, with biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes, toast, cereal, yogurt, and orange and apple juice. Everyone who worked there was extremely nice. It's a great place to stay for a Kansas City game, about a 15-minute walk to the stadiums. The price was great too, and I'd definitely stay here again.
