I’ve been here more than two years and couldn’t be happier with the location, property manager, or maintenance. Erica puts residents first and keeps us involved with regular events, including parties and gift baggies. She’s truly the best. Maintenance resolves tenant issues pretty quickly, often the same day, and keeps the property in great shape. The community is amazing, with friendly, outgoing, and cordial residents. Private parking and a secured entrance help us feel safe at home. I’d definitely recommend it.

I ultimately chose another property because it let my son stay in the same school district, but I’ll look at this place again when he’s gone. The property is great and well located, and the other tenants I met during the tour had only good things to say. Erica was amazing, knew the building, residents, amenities, apartments, and process inside out, and communicated well from the start. She had answers to all my questions.

915 Broadway is one of the best apartment and loft buildings I’ve stayed in, and the maintenance team is really helpful. Erica, our landlord, loves her job and is so helpful too. She welcomed me and my family into the building like we were her own family.

The apartments look nice, especially in photos, but the building upkeep is lacking. I lived at 915 Broadway for almost two years and broke my lease early because the problems kept going. I didn’t see anyone vacuuming the halls for well over a year. Regular cleaners were finally hired by the time I moved out. The washers and dryers had constant problems, and loads took three times longer than they should to dry. Packages were stolen from me more than once. When I asked whether there was security footage, I was told that even if they could identify the person, they couldn’t do anything because they didn’t know what residents looked like. There are also a lot of AirBnB units in the building, which I wasn’t told about before moving in. It constantly smelled like smoke, and the apartment doors don’t seal well, so hallway odors drift inside. Tansee on the Yarco team always communicated well and seemed responsive and understanding when I raised issues. I think that team is stretched too thin to make much progress, though. Avoid this building and any others run by Yarco.
