The room was spotless, peaceful at night, and had a striking view of downtown Kansas City through its large windows. It was beautifully appointed, and the calm made it easy to relax and sleep well. I’ve had housekeeping problems at other four and five star hotels, so how clean everything was here really stood out. Service was just as memorable. The valet welcomed us right away, and the bellman who helped with our luggage was friendly, easy to talk to, and shared helpful things about the hotel and the surrounding area. The front desk team was professional and thoughtful too. It all felt like a genuine welcome to Kansas City, rather than routine service. My wife and I have stayed at many four and five star hotels around the country over the years, including Four Seasons, The Ritz Carlton, Grand Hyatt, Thompson Hyatt, and several Marriott Autograph Collection properties. Many were excellent, but the Loews Hotel in Kansas City stands apart for its service, attention to detail, comfort, and atmosphere. We don’t write many hotel reviews, even after terrible stays, but this one deserved it. The experience left a lasting impression, and we look forward to returning. If you’re visiting Kansas City and want a beautiful setting, outstanding service, and a comfortable stay, the Loews should be on your list.

The hotel is beautiful and clean from top to bottom, with modern decor that feels new throughout. We had a fun stay and would come back. Staff were friendly, and the food was okay. Parking could be a problem, though: there seem to be too many rooms for the available garage spaces, and the spots are very tight for today’s vehicle sizes. In our opinion, it didn’t seem family friendly. Enjoy your stay!

Everything was spotless, and the staff were always warm and helpful. The bar was packed one evening, but the team worked efficiently and kept things moving. Room service was quick and reasonably priced, with pet options too, which was a nice surprise. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back.

The staff were some of the kindest and most accommodating I’ve come across in all my travels. I was here for a work trip, and my mom and kids came along too. We all had a wonderful time. Our room was spacious and clean, with a great view, and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and return.

Jamie Ojeda and Nathan Bieck made booking easy and stress-free, and even arranged a personal welcome letter and thoughtful touches in our room. Their attention to detail helped make my wife’s birthday surprise ten times better than I imagined. The whole Loews team made us feel welcome and our stay unforgettable. Thanks to Jamie, Nathan, and everyone there. This was our first stay, and the best hotel experience I’ve had. I’m happy to bring my business here again and recommend others come experience it.
