THE GRAND - Modern DT Apts with Free Parking by Zencity

I love being able to walk across to concerts just minutes before they start, and transit makes getting around the greater KC area convenient. The views are amazing from this building, one of the tallest residential buildings in the KC Metro area, with the highest rooftop pool. There’s also a nice bit of provenance in living in a building by the architect who designed the well-known Gulf+Western Building at Columbus Circle, NYC.

The views are pretty amazing, and living here puts you right in the heart of downtown. I feel blessed to call The Grand home and really appreciate the staff. Alicia showed me around and made me feel at home right away. Since moving in, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the staff, and the other residents have treated me well too. I hadn’t even included this property in my original downtown search. I spotted the complex while driving between tours, called, and was able to see it that same day. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to live downtown.

We just moved into The Grand KC, and already the place feels like home. We’re especially happy with the amenities: the coffee bar gives mornings a little lift, the fitness center means we don’t need a separate gym membership, the dog park has been a game changer, and having convenient parking is an underrated win. It has a resort feel while still feeling comfortable and community minded. The move-in process was clear, organized, and easy, which made a usually hectic time stress free. Alicia really sealed the deal for us. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited about the community. She answered all our questions, followed up thoughtfully, and made us feel valued rather than like just another lease. Huge thanks as well to Lindsay and the newest team member, Jojo. Everyone has been welcoming, responsive, and fun to be around, and you can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in. If you’re thinking of moving here, do it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The leasing team, Alicia and Lindsey, have been amazing and make me feel comfortable and welcome. I’ve been here four months, and so far it’s been great. I love the view from my apartment, and it’s peaceful in my place, so I’m enjoying living here. There’s quite a bit of homelessness and crime, but it’s downtown, and at this point that seems to be everywhere.
