I’ve hosted an event at the Hilton Garden Inn Houston West Katy for about 60 people, many from out of town, and everything went smoothly. I’ve also stayed there with my family several times. When small problems came up, staff dealt with them right away and professionally. The team seemed well trained and truly focused on guests having a good experience. I’d confidently recommend the hotel and plan to stay and host events there again.

The made-to-order breakfast is a favorite, and the chefs are always happy to see you. Staff and the manager are kind and ready to help with whatever you need. The hotel was recently renovated, so everything looks modern and new, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend it if you’re in town!

Our event went wonderfully, thanks to the whole team’s hard work. Mrs. Kristin, the AGM, gave us great support and paid close attention to details. Marisela and Samiya at the Front Desk were warm and helpful, and Sonya and Celimar were there in the kitchen. Norma kept everything pristine and comfortable as our housekeeper, and Rafael, the houseman, made sure we had what we needed throughout. I’m grateful for the memorable experience and highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn in West for events.

The people here are amazing, the rooms are clean, and the food is outstanding. The chef will make you pretty much anything within reason, even if it’s not on the menu. He’s a sweet soul who really wants to please. I feel right at home here. Best hotel stay in Katy.
