Our one-bedroom loft suite was spacious, warm, clean, and amazing for a family vacation. During our stay, a major windstorm knocked out the power from 10 p.m. until 4 p.m. the next day. Guest services went above and beyond, giving us flashlights and suggesting places to find food while the amenities and restaurants weren't working. When power came back, they opened the waterpark outside its usual hours for guests. They also refunded the waterpark and snow tubing add-ons. None of this was their fault or in their control, but they still did all they could. We'll return to try snow tubing in the future. 10/10 experience!

Unreal. I called to book spring break for my family of four because we have dogs, and was told about the new pet policy. After complaints about noisy dogs, someone now has to stay in the room with the pets at all times. So the only time the whole family can spend together at this family-friendly adventure resort is apparently in the room with the dog. We've stayed here many times before, but good luck with that. Don't punish people with well-behaved dogs because other dogs misbehave. I'm dumbfounded.

We've brought our youth group here for several years, and the whole crew has been helpful on every visit. The front desk went out of its way to make sure we had what we needed, even helping return things teenagers inevitably lost. They took great care of our group of 60, so they can definitely look after your family too.

The room was nice and clean, and they were very accommodating. We had a great time staying at Silver Mountain.

It's 4:38 p.m. and I still haven't been checked in. I've been sitting in the lobby since 3 while countless other people get checked in and I'm told to keep waiting. It's almost impossible to find parking in front of the building. Part of me just wants to turn around and go home. 🤷🏼♂️
