For my oilfield project I stayed in room 121 from October 2022 through March 2023, paying by the month. It was easily the best price in town for a super clean room, with outstanding customer service too. Thanks very much, highly recommend.

The owners are kind, compassionate people, and gave us reasonable weekly and monthly rates. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is great too, with food just across the street.

I'm only reviewing the RV side, where I've stayed for work twice and spent about a year in total. The owners and staff are friendly, accommodating, and quick to sort out problems. Rates are in line with other parks nearby, and the concrete pads are the only ones you'll find within 30 miles. It's about a four-minute drive to HEB, Walmart, and other local food. There is some highway noise and noise from the bar just south of the property. The owners have done what they can to block it with a privacy fence, and with the A/C or furnace running you're likely not to hear it. That's a small price for the convenient location and concrete pads.

There's just one washer and one dryer. The price is reasonable, the water pressure is good, and you don't need a credit card. Looks like the rooms have been remodeled.

My phone gets a faster signal than the Wi-Fi. Aside from that, it's a decent place, with good, very clean rooms on the motel side.
