The rooms were average but nice. The refrigerator wasn’t working, but I told the manager and maintenance fixed it quickly.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and breakfast was good. The juice machine, though, stayed broken for the whole week and a half we were there. The weekly rate is good, but the room was really dirty when we checked in: dried poop on the side of the toilet, floors that looked unswept and unmopped, and a gross fridge. Housekeeping seemed to spend very little time in the room. I had to ask every day for towels, and also had to request trash bags and other basics.

The front desk woman was polite and helpful, and customer service was good. The room itself was unacceptable for what we paid. It smelled stale, was very dusty, and looked as if it had been wiped with a dirty rag. There were clear signs of mold forming. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was loose, the shower head had mildew, and the shower handle and faucet were sticking out from the wall. The owners need to inspect rooms twice a month for detailed cleaning and wear and tear. 👎🏾😔

I’ve stayed here several times for work, but they’ve lost me as a regular customer. Online booking kept giving me an error, so I called. They said they’d honor the online deal. When I arrived and showed it, the woman again said it was fine and that the morning manager would credit me the difference, so I paid full price. In the morning, the manager refused and said I’d agreed to the regular rate. I feel lied to. He could’ve fixed it or met me somewhere in the middle, but was a jerk about it. I’ll stay at one of the three other places nearby next time.
