Shahed at the front desk was wonderful, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The whole hotel has been renovated, and there is a nice pool for cooling off in the summer. The hotel is next to the airport, and the shuttle takes you right there. There are plenty of restaurants for delivery, or you can take the shuttle to the bus areas and head into the city for streetcars. Taxis and Uber are options, too. It's a lovely place with lovely people for a break or a city visit. The hotel is cashless, so the only cash you'll need is for tips ☺️

The shuttle service and front desk were both excellent. We were here for a cruise, and they now offer a reasonably paid shuttle to the cruise lines, which was a welcome extra we hadn't counted on. The location is general and close to the airport, and it didn't seem unsafe. Our room was clean and adequate. It took a while for the water to warm up, and the pressure wasn't great. Rooms have outside entrances, and the older walkways were clean. There are stairs or elevator access. Breakfast was a basic continental spread with reasonable choices, and the coffee was decent. We'd definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff are awesome, especially Shahed, who worked through travel challenges for guests. The place is clean and bright, with a nice breakfast, a nice “store,” and great Lyft access. It's not fancy, but I'd choose it over plenty of more expensive NOLA hotels.

The front office staff were very friendly, and the room itself was nice. It's in a good spot if you're renting a car from the airport. Just be aware there isn't a fridge or microwave in the room. I also found a few items left behind, so housekeeping hadn't done a very good job.
