The place was decent and the staff were good, but the stay felt average. I asked for a 3 pm checkout because of my schedule and was told they never allow anything after 2. That surprised me since I usually request the 4 pm checkout I'm guaranteed, just in case. It didn't feel like the Marriott standard I'm used to.

The hotel canceled my room three days before I was due to arrive, then refused to refund any of the week-long trip. The staff is developmentally disabled.

The woman at reception did what she could to accommodate me, and she was the only good part of this stay. My first room had a light ripped out of the wall, stains on the carpet, and a shower that wouldn't drain. In the second room, some garbage was still there and the bathroom counter wasn't clean. The hotel itself was atrocious. This was easily my worst experience at a Marriott, and I'd rather sleep in my car than set foot here again.

I booked this room specifically for the hot tub, but it was closed for “maintenance” when I arrived. I tried calling ahead to check whether it was working and no one answered. Hotels should post online when an advertised amenity is out of service. Apart from that, I would have recommended this place fairly well.
