There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and big box stores are within a mile or two of the condo for stocking the pantry and fridge. Getting on and off the freeway is easy. The Mesa location is great, and the condo feels secure and modern, with a clean pool area. It works well for couples of any age or for families.

The property is beautiful, and I love my little two-bedroom condo. Mine faces the road, but the fence around the property helps me feel safe. The garages are a little small. The pool and hot tub look beautiful, and the fitness room is better stocked than what you'd find at an apartment complex or hotel.

This looks like a bad apartment complex, with dead plants everywhere, a broken gate, unfinished areas, and trash. There's nothing luxurious about it. The HOA is controlling enough to decide if and when you can have guests stay over. Board members will harass you if they don't like something, then fine you for harassment. Yes, they really impose that kind of fine and seem perfectly comfortable doing it.

The condos are beautiful, and it's quiet with friendly neighbors. HOA fees seem to go toward keeping the pools and landscaping in really good shape. Parking is a problem, though: if your car is a normal size, it won't fit in the garage. The water heaters by the pool never stop beeping.
