The bathroom floor was my main concern. Humidity made the tile wet and slippery, and I nearly fell several times. I’m active and in good shape, so I can’t imagine how unsafe it might feel for an older guest. Aside from that, it was a clean, nice hotel with good service, a range of breakfast choices, a convenient location, and a gym with the basics. The mattresses were old and a bit hard, but still okay. I’d stay again.

The group reservation staff did a great job organizing our stay, and check-in and checkout were easy. We’ve stayed here twice for sporting events at ShoWare, and everyone did a great job.

We had a great stay and would gladly return. The staff were especially friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean, has convenient parking, and sits by a golf course that makes the setting feel pleasant. Breakfast was tasty and perfectly fine by American standards, with something for everyone to grab in the morning. It was handy to take coffee or tea along, too. My only suggestion is to cut down on the plastic packaging.

For a solid three-star stay and good value, I’d come back if I’m in the area. It’s close to I-5, with pretty light traffic nearby, and the breakfast room looks out over the golf course. Breakfast was a highlight: an automatic pancake machine, fresh fruit, and lots of hot and cold choices. Wi-Fi was good, there were plenty of TV channels, and everything in the room worked. I usually choose four- or five-star hotels, but this older property is very well maintained. My room was clean, without a speck of dust, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

It was my first stay at a Best Western, and I travel a lot for work. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the lobby amenities were nice, and the staff were helpful and friendly. There are lots of restaurants and shops close by.
