Holiday Inn Santee by IHG

Sandra at the front desk had a great attitude and quickly sorted out a problem with our second room. The other room had been checked in perfectly. Our room was clean, organized, and had all the amenities. The hotel was clean outside, well lit, and spotless in the lobby. My coworker and I finished a job early in Florida and could get on the road north ahead of schedule. We hadn't booked at the Holiday Inn in Santee until six hours before check-in, but were able to get rooms at great rates. It was a great night's stay, and I recommend the hotel if you're in Santee.

Managers Lady and Ashley were so friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. What a lovely, pleasant visit. You won't regret booking this hotel ☺️

The heated pool was one of my favorite parts. If it feels cold, let them know so they can adjust it. The beds were super comfortable, and the hotel was clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly throughout, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Santee and would definitely recommend it. I only have videos, no photos, but I leave reviews for every place I stay, and I highly recommend this one.

The front desk woman was friendly and courteous, but our room had problems. It hadn't been renovated yet, and there was a huge crack in the window. Closing the drapes made that manageable for our one-night stay. In the morning, we couldn't shower because no water came out of the showerhead and there was no way to turn it on. That's not acceptable. We told the front desk at checkout and asked for some kind of credit. She said she'd let the manager know when they came in. I expected someone to contact me, but as of 2/25/2026, I still hadn't heard from a manager. The hotel is being renovated, but that doesn't excuse these issues. We stayed on 2/13/2026, and I won't return unless they make this right.
