We had to evacuate our home during the Washington Floods, and the people here made the stay special. The front desk and housekeeping crews, including the night shift, were amazing and friendly. The whole hotel is clean, and it smelled wonderful when I first noticed it, in the morning and throughout the day. Our room had a TV, fridge, two chairs, and a comfy bed. They also offer continental breakfast every morning with nice options, especially the yogurt machine. For the price, it's a fantastic offering. I can't stress enough how clean the hotel is.

The staff are the reason we keep coming back to Spark by Hilton Kent Seattle for corporate trips. They're warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in, and always say hello when they see you. The room was spacious, clean, and well laid out. Breakfast is a bagel bar with coffee and other choices that should work for everyone. This hotel makes us very happy, and it's our only stop in the Kent Seattle area. Go see it for yourself.

The renovation really did the building justice. The lobby and rooms look neat and clean, the service is always great, and I enjoy having breakfast before I leave. I stayed here a couple of times before the renovation, and my most recent visit was enjoyable. I always see Yesenia at the front desk. She's polite and respectful, makes check-in smooth and simple, and it's always nice to talk with her.

What made my stay memorable was the guest service. From check-in, I got a warm welcome, a genuine smile, and thoughtful attention that made me feel at home. They were always available, whether I needed local recommendations, wanted a room preference handled, or just felt like a friendly chat after a long day. Their professionalism and kindness made a real difference, and it's clear they care about every guest. If you stay at Spark by Hilton Kent Seattle, you'll be pleased. I'll definitely be back, largely thanks to the outstanding service.

Yesenia at the front desk made our vacation stay especially good. She was welcoming, attentive, and professional every time, and made us feel looked after. We stayed for a couple of days, and her service really stood out. Highly recommend this hotel.
