We stayed overnight at the end of January 2026 and paid extra for a harbor view. What we actually saw was a gas station and a fish store, which was disappointing. The beds were decent and clean, though both the bed and pillows felt hard. The shower head was disgusting, and the outside walls and vents were covered in what looked like black mold. I won’t stay there again.

Kewanee is a pretty cool town, but I don’t think harbor lights lodge is worth what they charge. The room was clean, though the mattress seemed old and there was a wet dog smell. The lobby didn’t smell clean either. Sheets and towels were threadbare, the vanity was coming off the wall, and the work in the rooms felt generally low quality. You’re paying more for Motel 6 quality.

It’s an inexpensive, modest hotel, and I’d stay again. The room was comfortable and clean, though dated in both look and amenities. We had some trouble getting cable TV to work but eventually figured it out. The location worked well for me, in Kewaunee, near Algoma and not too far from Green Bay.

I stayed five days at this little hotel by the marina, and the price was very reasonable. The complimentary breakfast could use work, but there’s coffee and pastries. At $80, I’d do it again.

It was dark and dingy, and the room really needed updating. The bathroom was dirty and moldy, while the lobby had an old, musty smell. The manager, who is also the owner, wasn’t friendly, and the lobby coffee was instant. I wouldn’t stay again.
