Amoray Dive Resort

The boat being right there was a real plus, and the location and rooms were great. Everyone was super nice. We were only there for two days: the first day's dives were called off because of extreme wind, and they communicated that well. It was still windy and cold on day two, but they took us out anyway and we had two great dives on molasses reef. Great captain and guide. I'll be back in midsummer and hope for better weather.

The crew made safety feel like the top priority, with a clear love for the ocean and protecting its creatures. Nick and Bre were excellent guides on several dives we did after certification, keeping an eye on everyone and helping us feel confident. Captains Kevin, G and Travis were fun and made sure everyone aboard was looked after. Being able to walk straight from our room onto the boat was so convenient. We stayed a week on the Dive & Stay package to get our OW Referral, and loved our first dive resort experience. January was a fantastic instructor, patient and encouraging, and made the classes fun. She explained why each skill mattered, stayed close until we got it right, and had a calming presence underwater that helped with our nerves. During a cold snap, she checked that we were comfortable, lent me her scuba vest to stay warm, and let me use her mask for a couple of dives when she realized mine was too big. The cleaning staff was great, the towel exchange bins were easy to use, and the grounds were immaculate. We're already planning to return next year to complete our AW certification. Thanks to everyone at Amoray for making us feel so well cared for, almost like family.

My wife and I had a wonderful snorkeling trip with the Team Amoray crew. Gabriel, Nick, Kent, and Travis were funny, attentive, thorough, and focused on safety. We enjoyed it immensely, and plan to stay at the resort on a future visit. Thanks again!

We only booked one night, but I'd gladly come back for a longer stay. The prices were reasonable, parking was right in front of our room, and there were plenty of nice outdoor spots to relax. A dock and a tiny beach are there too, though it was too windy and cold for us to spend long outside. Our room was clean and updated, with a very comfortable bed. The buildings have a cute old-school Keys feel, and our bay view came with a few trees in front of the horizon. It was a cold weekend, so we used the extra blanket in the closet. There's plenty to do nearby, including John Pennecamp park, the Conch House, a bird sanctuary, dive boats, jet skis, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards.
