Our room at La Concha Key West was gorgeous, spacious, stylish, and had a large private balcony. The hotel combined a luxurious feel with a warm welcome, and the location was fantastic. We had such a good stay and felt taken care of throughout. I surprised my husband for his 65th birthday, and everything was beyond what we expected from the moment we arrived. Jennifer Robino, the Lifestyle Concierge Manager, was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make the celebration special. When we got to our room, balloons, a thoughtful card, and a delicious slice of key lime pie were waiting for him. Such a personal touch. I can't recommend this place enough, and we can't wait to return.

We had a really enjoyable stay at La Concha. It's right in the middle of everything, with a fun atmosphere that still feels relaxed and comfortable. Our room was clean, the staff were welcoming, and the hotel made the trip easy. Felix from engineering quickly sorted out a couple of small issues for us. He was professional, friendly, and made sure they were taken care of. German at the pool bar had a great personality and made great drinks, adding to some fun afternoons. Christian at the lobby bar was friendly, attentive, and mixed a great drink too. Such a good dude.

We stayed at La concha from 2/12/26 to 2/15/26, and breakfast was a highlight, especially the wonderful service from Geraldine. Our room, Suite 562, was spotless and had a calm, modern look, a comfortable bed with premium linens, and climate control that worked flawlessly. The pool view was spectacular. Check-in was warm and quick. One of my best hotel stays, thanks to the comfort, thoughtful touches, and service.

The balcony room looked out over Duval street, which made for good people-watching along with plenty of street noise. The pool was pleasant but tiny, so arriving early helps if you want a chair. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location puts you close to all the action and within walking distance of Duval St. For the price, the room was a bit disappointing. It’s an older hotel, so keep that in mind despite the recent remodeling. I don’t regret staying, though I’ll consider other places next time.

Gigi made breakfast feel especially welcoming. She was kind, attentive, and so friendly, and her service made our morning better. The food was fresh, tasty, and cooked just right, with impressive quality and care. We’d happily return and recommend the place.
