One bedroom had a flea infestation. I reported it to Avantstay, but they took no action, and the people in that room woke up with 50+ flea bites. The elevator was also broken during our stay, so we had to haul heavy luggage up the stairs. One gate was broken as well, and there were only two keys for our group of five adults, which was very inconvenient. Avantstay didn’t respond to any of these problems. A very disappointing customer experience.
