I’ve just signed a one-year lease, and I love living here. It’s really quiet compared with my old place in midtown. I’m not a recluse or anything, but it’s nice to get away from the madness of Duval Street while still being close to the essentials.

Living here has its good side, but I wouldn't call it paradise. There are cameras, yet people still leave trash around and the HOA manager doesn't seem to address it. Complaints about ongoing problems often go nowhere, even when they're about large dogs that aren't allowed or owners leaving dog waste behind. Some neighbors openly smoke pot on their balconies, and you can hear the coughing as early as 7 a.m. There's also a lot of drug use and other illegal activity. The HOA manager can be one-sided and very harsh when you call with an issue. Some neighbors like to meddle, so it's best to keep to yourself.

I stayed in rooms 111 and 408. They were gorgeous, and I guess they're completely private but available to rent.

I was only there for a few minutes to pick someone up who was repainting the buildings. The area around the condos is really nice, though. I wouldn't mind living there 😀

Maybe they'll get the Jacuzzi working soon. They seem too busy fixing nothing and complaining a lot. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're 60 or older.
