The Reach Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton

We came from North Carolina for my husband's 40th, and it turned into the best trip ever. This hotel is a gem, with amazing, kind staff who were so helpful. We did have some trouble, but it came from Expedia, not the hotel. The team still did their best to accommodate us and fix a mistake that wasn't theirs. The restaurant is fabulous, and the nighttime atmosphere there is a whole vibe of its own. You really don't have to leave if you don't want to.

The beach was clean and had very little traffic, and we even rented day beds for a day. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and our room was clean and well maintained. The Reach was a great place to stay: quiet and away from the chaos of Duval Street, but close enough to walk everywhere. We truly enjoyed our visit and would plan to stay again in Key West.

Rooms are small but nicely done, and the restaurant and bar are excellent. It's beachfront, though very few rooms have a view. Doesn't matter much, just head outside. There's valet parking, and food and drinks are served on the beach. Great location, close to Duval and the southernmost buoy.

The pools were great, the beach sand was incredibly soft, and there was plenty of lounge space outside the rooms. It was easy to walk to food and entertainment on Duval St, or rent a golf cart or scooter. The Concierge was a big help with booking activities, and everything we did was memorable. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. I’d happily stay again. The room had a couple of frustrating problems, though: almost none of the outlets worked, and the one that did charge very slowly, so keeping everyone’s devices powered up was a hassle. The bathroom sink also drained extremely slowly, almost like it was clogged.
