We had a wonderful weekend with friends here. It's beautiful, laid-back, and less crowded than the bigger resorts right off 70. In summer, the mountain biking is a dream, with lots of trails going down the mountain. We biked the trails, went swimming, relaxed in the hot tub, and spent time with friends. Our 5 yo daughters came along and had the best time.

The units are nice, though a little dated. Still, I wouldn't recommend staying until the construction next door is done. The noise is very loud and wakes you up each day, sometimes as early as 6 AM. That's not what you want on a restful vacation.
We had a great January stay at the Springs in 8865. The condo was very nice, and the gondola was about a 200 yard walk away. We didn't really hear any construction. Getting to Keystone Village should be easier once the new building next door is finished.
This is my favorite place to stay in Keystone. The pool area and multiple hot tubs are beautiful, and they even have a pool table with nice cues! I plan to stay here several times a year whenever I can.
The pool table was a hit with our family, and there's a nice exercise room too. We also loved the condo, and the pool and hot tub area looked beautiful both day and night. The fire pit worked on our first night, so we bought supplies for s'mores, but then it stayed out for the rest of our visit. The media room was said to have an extensive DVD library, but there were no DVDs, so even though the recliners were great, we had nothing to watch. It was still a great place to stay, and I'd love to return.
