Hale Pau Hana Beach Resort

We’ve stayed here twice and are already making plans to return. The staff are helpful and friendly, and there’s a guest laundry in the building. Shops are close by, so it’s easy to pick up food to cook or find somewhere to eat. The apartments face the sea and beach, with a little pool, grill areas, and beach furniture available out front. The sunsets from the apartments are stunning. It’s a relaxed place right on the beach in Kihei, Maui.

The condo had been nicely updated, and I really appreciated the towel changes three times a week. We had an excellent stay.

The location is perfect for kids, and you can hardly get closer to the beach. We went days without putting on shoes!

My family was extremely happy with our stay, and we’ll be back and telling our friends about it. Hale Pua Hana is the kind of Maui condo I’ve always wanted: beautifully maintained, close to the beach, and with free parking. The staff were kind and courteous, and the whole place is clearly kept to a very high standard. Our condo was lovely, with air conditioning, which was nice to have even if we didn’t really need it, and a recently redone kitchen. Restaurants, stores, and several beaches are within walking distance, and Foodland is about a mile away. It was nice seeing other families with young kids there too.
