Nani Kai Hale 303 - One Bedroom Condo with Ocean View

Our condo was right on the beach, and the bed was very comfortable. The furniture felt a little dated, and the only thing we couldn’t find that we needed was tableware forks. It’s close to lots of restaurants and stores. I’d stay again.

A nice place on Sugar Beach, with easy access to lots of great spots in Kihei. I’d definitely stay here again.

We spent a week here in Maui and liked the location. It’s right on the beach and not overly crowded. Our unit was easy to access and very well maintained. There’s a pay laundry facility on every floor. Neighbors can make it a bit loud if they’re especially active, but otherwise it’s a great place to stay.

We’re glad we chose a privately owned unit through a realtor. It felt residential instead of crowded with tourists, and my daughter made a great choice renting the one-bedroom apartment. The sandy beach and our lanai were perfect. There are lawn chairs on the grass by the beach, a very clean grill area, and gorgeous, well-kept plantings. You can hear the surf 24X7. The elevator was helpful for those of us who find stairs challenging. During our two-week stay, we also enjoyed listening to music and watching little areas of the commercially hosted Luaus just a few feet next door on most days, from daytime into early evening. The wind cools things down in the afternoons and evenings. We only needed the AC briefly once or twice, and the ceiling fans worked well. Highly recommended for a visit.
