The $150 a night price felt way too high for a middle-of-the-week stay. We only stayed because we needed to. The so-called continental breakfast was unappealing: cereal and bread left out all day or night, questionable yogurt, and a gallon of milk in the fridge. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the man at the front desk was kind. But the room was very dirty, especially the floor. After my daughter crawled around for about half an hour, her knees were nearly black. We went to the nearby Dollar General for a cheap mop, and I had to mop several times. I used a towel to dry the floor so nobody would slip.

We had the same room Sunday and Tuesday. I loved its quaint decor, and it was really nice and clean. The owners were accommodating, and even the parking lot was spotless.

For this area, this was probably the best option. There's a restaurant within walking distance, though the food was just okay, nothing special. It's a motel with outside-facing room doors and no elevator. The breakfast was minimal, with no hot food unless you microwaved something. The shower head needed cleaning or replacing. Also, when I turned on the bathroom light, as I usually do in case I wake during the night, the fan came on too.

We passed through around 4 a.m. and they had a room available. Booking and both check-in and checkout were quick. It was quiet, and the room was quite nice and clean. Thanks for the stay!

My room had been remodeled recently, and it was nicer than plenty of rooms I've paid more for. The hotel was quiet and just a couple miles off I-80 in Kimball, NE. I'd stop here again if my travels take me through Kimball.
