Take pictures before and after you leave, after staff have been in the room, and of the towels. I was charged for towels after I got home, even though the man who took my keys said everything was fine. While I was checking out, another guest said she'd been charged for towels too, though she said she'd brought her own and hadn't used any. She said the place was dirty, and they gave her cash back before she left. So it wasn't just me. They come into your room while you're out, and both rooms we had were dirty and smelled bad. We tried scrubbing the shower, but it still wasn't clean, and our feet got sandy and black from the floors. The pool was why I booked, but it was dirty and we couldn't use it. The woman at the front desk was having trouble and huffing and puffing while she tried to fix her mistake.

The air coming from the AC smelled like urine, and the room itself had a terrible odor. I asked to move, and they apologized and put me in another room, but that one smelled very musty too. The hotel felt dirty.

The service, breakfast, rooms, and location by the exit all made this the best motel of my vacation. I stayed in a lot of motels, and this one really surprised me for the price. I spent a day at the pool, and a lovely employee even came over to offer me a towel.

The room was clean and updated, but the noise through the thin walls kept me awake. The neighbors had their TV blaring at 5 a.m., and I could hear it even with earplugs. I complained at the desk, but they didn't seem to care. Breakfast was a joke. There were labels for muffins, but all they had was a wrapped cookie. Waffles were the only real option, and the fruit was old and wrinkled.
