The room was very clean, which made the stay comfortable, and Mya at the front desk was eager to help and had a smile. When I was told at check-in that my booked room was sold out, AGM Annette stepped in quickly and sorted it out. Other things left me uncomfortable. At about 9 pm, I noticed the housekeeping door was open with the lights off. A slender white man came out of the closet as we passed, without linen or towels, which seemed odd. Earlier, a heavyset Black man with glasses came out of the elevator as we got on at the second floor. By the time we reached the first floor, he was already downstairs walking around with papers in his hand. I felt he was obviously trying to see if any rules were being broken, and I didn't appreciate feeling watched. I want to feel safe when I visit a hotel, not monitored. Our keys were also deactivated two hours before the 11 am checkout, so my guest couldn't get back in after breakfast. I had to get up and let him in, which shouldn't have been necessary. What was the point of having two keys? I paid the incidental fee and got it back. Management needs to address staff behavior that makes guests uncomfortable. Until there's a reason to monitor guests, staff shouldn't make them feel like they are on the most wanted list.

We spent four days here with our young children and felt safe, relaxed, and at home. It was welcoming, clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. The hotel matched its description, and in person everything was as promised or even better. Such a lovely stay. We'd happily come back.

The room was nice and clean, and Mya at the front desk had good customer service skills. Check-in was a problem because I was told the room I'd booked was sold out, but AGM Annette resolved it quickly. I also felt uneasy about two staff encounters. A heavyset Black man with glasses seemed to be watching guests, which I didn't appreciate. On our way back from dinner around 9 pm, a slender white man came out of a second-floor housekeeping closet with the lights off, carrying no linen, towels, or washcloths. There were no housekeepers around at that hour, and it seemed strange. Guests shouldn't have to feel watched or uncomfortable in a hotel, especially when they've paid the incidental fee and received it back. Our keys stopped working two hours before the 11 am checkout, so my guest couldn't get in after breakfast and I had to get up to open the door. Why have a second key if it can't be used throughout the stay? Management should train staff better. The room is the only reason I gave it four stars; because of the staff behavior, I feel it deserved a three. I'm hesitant to book here again.

The location and price were both great. After traveling all day, it was nice to be greeted by the upbeat, helpful woman at the front desk when we checked in on the evening of 2/6. The hotel was clean, with freshly painted walls, and our room was spacious. The hot tub and pool area were very nice too.

We had three rooms, and every one was filthy with broken amenities. There was mildew throughout the building, and the conditions felt like a respiratory hazard. The smell was awful, everything felt sticky, and there were stains, a hole in the bathtub, and a broken TV. We had to leave less than an hour into a three-day stay, but the location refused a refund and charged us for rooms we couldn't use. I intend to report the property to the local health department and whatever Georgia agency oversees lodging. This was the worst place I've seen. It would take a complete remodel to fix it, even though the website makes it look like somewhere you'd want to stay. The many disgusting pictures say it all. Stay far away.
