There was a strong cigarette smell in the room, and the room hadn’t been cleared. When I tried to get help with those issues, the manager was extremely rude and didn’t want to address them. There was blood on the curtains, too.

The building is falling apart, with holes in some rooms. If they put you in one of those rooms, don’t count on getting your deposit back. Inside the rooms, bugs were everywhere: roaches and ants covered the bathroom, crawled around, and hid behind the mini fridge. I found dead bugs all over, including along the windowsills of windows that don’t open.

This place is cruddy and overpriced, and it smells like meth and old people. Before moving, my mother and I went back because I needed one last week in Klamath before heading to Eugene. The owner refused to rent to me, saying I’d had “tons of in and out activity” the last time. Sorry for having friends. I’d tried to clean my room, and a family member even helped vacuum the day before. But when it was time to leave, the rude, overweight woman who was apparently one of the owners rushed me out absurdly fast.

I wish I hadn’t stayed here. Bugs were crawling in the bed with me and all over the bathroom, so the rooms need a lot more attention to cleaning. The TV speaker was blown out, and each bed only had two stained pillows. Save your money and go somewhere else.
