Baymont Inn and Suites Knoxville I75

Percy was super friendly at breakfast and made our stay worthwhile. There were a few options, including waffles, yogurt, and things to grab on the run. The staff were friendly, and the rooms neat and clean. We’d definitely stay again next time we travel through Knoxvile.

A convenient stop for a longer trip, close to the highway and easy to reach restaurants from. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The front desk was nice at check-in and checkout, and breakfast had quite a few choices with a very nice attendant. We’ll stay again when we’re passing through TN.

The front desk staff were so nice during our four days, the location was great, and the breakfast choices were pretty good. Our first-floor room had a window that opened, which I was happy about. I didn’t see many sketchy people, nobody bothered us, and I couldn’t hear the other guests. I didn’t see any bugs either. The rooms are dated, but ours was clean. The restaurant workers in the connected parking lot often stood outside smoking a lot of pot, so be ready to smell and hear them if you’re outside.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Knoxville hotels, and this is definitely my choice. Shopping and food are just about five minutes away. The property was well maintained and clean, and the room smelled wonderful. The beds were comfier than my own. Check-in, checkout, the front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, and the indoor pool were all great. I’m not sure why there are negative reviews. I’ve never stayed at a better hotel.
