Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville-Turkey Creek/Farragut

The hotel is well kept, and the rooms seem very clean. The mattresses are comfortable and the thermostat works perfectly. My one concern is that the mattresses aren't covered with protective encasements. Without that, I can't feel fully at ease, so I hope Hampton starts protecting them.

Jordan at the front desk is a gem. She's kind, helpful, and always greets me with a good morning, hello, or good afternoon. Her customer service is wonderful, and she's exactly the right person for that desk. The room, shower, bed, and TV are all wonderful. I do wish the pillows were better, but I'm very, very satisfied otherwise. I travel here for business monthly, and this will be where I stay.

Sandy and Jordan helped a lot during our stay, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Our room was completely clean and accommodating, with a very comfortable bed and temperature controls that were easy to set or adjust. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

A dog barked for hours one night, and there was no way to stop it before 11 pm. It was still barking on day two, so we had to move rooms. The staff were very sympathetic and arranged the change. The new room had its own issues: we could hear the floor creaking in the room above, and the refrigerator didn't work. Definitely not the best experience.
